Mara has taught voice, piano, and theater in Chicago, Nashville, California, Massachusetts, and Maine. Some of her students have taken lessons to sing for fun at home and build skills, and some students go onto pursue a career in the arts. Through these experiences, she has learned how to custom design your voice, piano, or theater lessons to suit your performing arts needs and goals.
Using exercises to warm-up, she'll help you stretch your range, build musical skills, increase breath support, and excel in music theory. Together, we will choose music/material that engages and challenges you to gain confidence and skill as a performer from a variety of genres. She is currently offering online Zoom lessons!

The cast of Carrabec High School's Lookingglass Alice, adapted by David Catlin, took home a trophy - the first time in the history of Carrabec HS! They were Mount Blue High School's Class B Runner-Up's in the Maine Regional One-Act Theater competition.
